If you would like use Arlington for your event , project or producer please  review the requirements below.

1  roundtrip airlines tickets in the name of  Arlington Akers.  Arlington Akers and Guest travel with a large amount of luggage and will need transportation to and from the hotel large enough to accommodate 2 keybaord large suitcases and 2 medium carry-ons.

Your  Orginization, Business or Ministry will provide 1 non-smoking room  for Mr. Akers  the  hotel is to be at least a 3-4 star hotel with room service available. Please provide our office with the hotel information along with the reservation confirmation #'s no later than one week prior to arrival.

Honorarium: Mr. Akers  must have all travel expenses paid and half of the contracted amount unless a prior written agreement has been made by Mr. Akers or his managment or ministry team.

If the Church, Ministry of Organization must cancel the agreed upon date for any reason the Church, Ministry of Organization agrees to reimburse all incurred by Arlington  Akers and company related to the date unless a separate written agreement has been made .
